Independent, women-first research translation

Women are not a
research afterthought.
Emerging research in women's health, nutrition and performance, clearly explained and placed in context.
What is Her Evidence?
The evidence is growing.
Let’s make it useful.
Women's health information is everywhere. Knowing what the research actually supports is much harder.
Her Evidence brings female-focused research beyond the academic paper. We explain what researchers found, how confident we can be and what it may mean for women—without fearmongering or false certainty.
The science we explore
One body.
Many questions.
- 01Periods & hormonal health
- 02Fertility & pregnancy
- 03Menopause & healthy ageing
- 04Nutrition, metabolism & weight
- 05Strength, exercise & recovery
- 06Skin, hair & body science
How we communicate research
Clear doesn’t have to mean oversimplified.
- 01
Go to the original research
We examine the paper itself—not a recycled headline or social-media claim.
- 02
Look beyond the finding
We consider who was studied, what was measured and what the study cannot tell us.
- 03
Weigh the evidence
We assess the study design, limitations and wider research before drawing conclusions.
- 04
Explain what it means
We translate the science clearly while preserving the uncertainty and nuance that matter.
When evidence is emerging, moderate or strong, we say so. Evidence strength reflects confidence in a finding—not how exciting it sounds.
Schools, talks & events
Science that starts conversationBring the evidence into the room.
Her Evidence extends beyond social media through engaging science communication for schools, communities and organisations.
Her Evidence delivers talks, workshops and event sessions that explore female physiology, women in science and research literacy, while helping audiences challenge health misinformation and assess online claims more critically.
